Ingredients
16ozGreek Feta CheeseCrumble your block of cheese by hand
1TFresh rosemaryfinely chopped
1TFresh thymefinely chopped
1TFresh dillfinely chopped
2TFresh dillfinely chopped
1Tcitris infused olive oil
1/2tred pepper flakes

Wash hands and herbs.
Combine
Take the block of feta cheese, and with your hands crumble it all up into a bowl.
Chop all the herbs and combine in the bowl, mix well by hand.
Once done, drizzle a good quality citrus infused olive oil on top and sprinkle some red pepper flakes. Serve.
