Comments

If there are instructions on eating, show it do not verbally explain. Say you want them to experience a butter lettuce leave filled with a particular filling or salad. Make several of them on a plate for them to take rather than explaining to each person what to do. Makes a beautiful setting as well.

Another predone item would be to place the picked veggies in radicchio leaves. Placed on a nice. big oval platter this would look really nice on the table.

Buy and wash everything a day before but do not cut earlier than 3 hours before they arrive. Keep the food fresh and in the fridge.
