Comments

I would premake the sauce, dips, and herbed feta. For ease buy the olives, pickled veggies, hummus, and dolmades. If you can not find Melitzanosalata, then buy some Baba Ganoush. I would make spanakopita in advance and put in the fridge (in the baking pan) ready to cook the day of. Pre-stuff the peppers.

The two salads I would make that morning, so that they are fresh. Make the veggie platter, slice the olive bread. Make the meatballs and schnitzel and put the Spanakopita in the oven along with the red peppers..
