Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast Roasted and chopped into 1/2” squares
  • 2 T Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C Celery Including leaves, chopped same size as chicken
  • 2 T Dried Tarragon I dry tarragon myself for better flavor
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Salt and pepper as required

Instructions

  • Bake and chop chicken breast
  • Thinly chop the celery (including leaves), and crush the tarragon.
  • Combine chicken, celery, tarragon, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well, taste and adjust to meet your choice.

Choices

  • Add this to toased bread as a sandwich
  • Eat as a salad by itself
