Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast Roasted and chopped into 1/2” squares
- 2 T Mayonnaise
- 1/2 C Celery Including leaves, chopped same size as chicken
- 2 T Dried Tarragon I dry tarragon myself for better flavor
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Salt and pepper as required
Instructions
- Bake and chop chicken breast
- Thinly chop the celery (including leaves), and crush the tarragon.
- Combine chicken, celery, tarragon, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well, taste and adjust to meet your choice.
Choices
- Add this to toased bread as a sandwich
- Eat as a salad by itself
