Beef Marinade
Foods: steaks, carne asada, fajitas, stir fry, and roasts, chicken and pork
Makes 1C
- 3/4C olive oil
- 4T fresh lemon juice
- 2 chopped garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients well, add meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Teriyaki Marinade
Foods: beef, chicken, pork, fish or seafood
Makes 1C
- 1/2C gluten free tamari
- 1/2C orange juice
1/4C brown sugar - 1 smashed garlic
- black pepper
Mix ingredients well, add meat and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, shaking the bag every hour. For fish 30min marinade maximum.
Fajita Marinade
Foods: fajitas, carne asada, steak ranchero, carnitas, chicken or pork.
Makes 1C
- 1/3C water
- 1/3C lime juice
- 1T Worcestershire Sauce
- 2T garlic powder
- 1T onion powder
- 3t chili powder
- 2t cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 diced jalapenos

Asian Chicken Marinade
Foods: chicken breast fillets, chicken pieces, or a whole chicken.
- 3/4C unrefined peanut oil
- 1/4C gluten free tamari sauce
- 2 chopped green onions
- 3T honey
- 2T apple cider vinegar
- 2t garlic powder
- 2t ground ginger
- 1t black pepper
- 1T Sriracha Sauce to taste
Mix ingredients well, add meat and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, shaking the bag every hour. For fish 30min marinade maximum.
Garlic + Herb Marinade
Foods: chicken, fish and pork.
Makes 1C
- 1/3C water
- 1/3C vinegar
- 1/3C olive oil
- 3 crushed garlic
- 1T Italian seasoning
- 2t onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients well, add chicken and refrigerate at least 2 hours (except for fish and seafood….30 minutes, max…), turning every so often.
Simple Chicken Marinade

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1C water
- 2T lemon juice
- 2T garlic powder
- Spices and flavors of choice
- salt and pepper to taste.
Mix ingredients well, add fish and refrigerate for 30min maximum.
