Vegan Baked Apples

Ingredients

3 Granny Smith or Pink Lady apples (285c, 75k, 1.4p, 13.2f)
1/4C brown sugar (132c, 34.8k, 0p, 0f)
1/4C old fasioned oatmeal (41.5c, 7k, .15p, .1f)
1T peanut butter (94c, 3.9k, 3.5p, .9f)
1/2t cinnamon (3.2c, 1.1k, .1p, .7f)
1/4t nutmeg (3c, .3k, .05p, .1f)
Pinch clove powder
1C water

Directions

First heat oven 375F. Place parchment in a baking dish (that has sides.

2) Wash apples well, remove stem, cut in half and remove core making a well in the center of the apple halves.

3) Mix all the ingredients (sugar, oatmeal, peanut butter, spices) into a crumble.

4) Line up the apple halfves on the parchment lined baking dish and spoon a heapimg tablespoon of the crumble into each apple. Pour 1C of water around the apples (to help steam the food). and place in the oven.

5) Bake for ~30min until the apple skins wrinkle. Remove and serve.
