Add as much as you want, I tend to use less

I toast the bread and choose brown, whole wheat
Instructions
Chop the pimentos and grate the cheese.
Mix the cheese, pimentos, and mayo. Then season salt and pepper.
Toast the bread slices and then smear half on each sandwich.
