Ingredients

  • 2 C Cheddar cheese grated, I use Tillamook Extra Sharp
  • 1/3 C Pimento chopped
  • 1/3 C Mayo Add as much as you want, I tend to use less
  • 4 Slices Bread I toast the bread and choose brown, whole wheat

Instructions

  • Chop the pimentos and grate the cheese.
  • Mix the cheese, pimentos, and mayo. Then season salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread slices and then smear half on each sandwich.
