Ingredients
1/2small red cabbage headchopped into bite-sized pieces
6red radishmatchstick
1jalapeño pepperdiced (optional to remove membrane and seeds, heat is in the membrane)
2Cred radish greens chopped
3Tsalsause store bought or make your own
3Tcorn salsause store bought or make your own
1Tmayo
2limes juicedto “lime it up” add zest as well
1tkosher salt
1tground lemon pepper

Notes
I generally serve this dish when eating mexican-type food. If not used in fish tacos, this is a great side dish for shrimp or veggie tacos or enchiladas.
