Salad
2ApplesPeeled, diced, honey crisp or pink lady
1PearPeeled, sliced
2KiwiPeeled and sliced
3TangerinesPeeled and added
1CPomegranate Seeds
1CBlueberries
1CRaspberries
Dressing
1THoney
3TFresh lime juice and zest
1TPoppy Seeds
2TFresh mintChopped
4TInfused Balsamic VinegarCranberry + Pear, or Pomegranate
Instructions
Wash and cut the fruit, place into a bowl
Combine dressing into another bowl
Place dressing over the fruit, mix and chill in fridge before serving
Taste and modify dressing based on the flavor of the salad
Notes
Does not freeze, nor does it store well, as the vinegar starts to break things down. This is tasty but starts to turn mushy the next day. If not used in a hurry, use leftovers to make a fruit shake or mix in with oatmeal or millet porridge for a great breakfast.
