Crumbled Herb Feta Dish
A bowl of herbed Feta cheese used as a dip or side in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines.
- 16 oz Greek Feta Cheese (Crumble your block of cheese by hand)
- 1 T Fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 1 T Fresh thyme (finely chopped)
- 1 T Fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 2 T Fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 T citris infused olive oil
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
Mise en place
Wash hands and herbs.
Combine
Take the block of feta cheese, and with your hands crumble it all up into a bowl.
Chop all the herbs and combine in the bowl, mix well by hand.
Once done, drizzle a good quality citrus infused olive oil on top and sprinkle some red pepper flakes. Serve.
