Pimento Cheese Sandwich
Pimentos, cheddar cheese, and mayo makes a creamy and tangy sandwich.
- 2 C Cheddar cheese (grated, I use Tillamook Extra Sharp)
- 1/3 C Pimento (chopped)
- 1/3 C Mayo (Add as much as you want, I tend to use less)
- 4 Slices Bread (I toast the bread and choose brown, whole wheat)
Chop the pimentos and grate the cheese.
Mix the cheese, pimentos, and mayo. Then season salt and pepper.
Toast the bread slices and then smear half on each sandwich.
