Ingredients
- 2 C Cheddar cheese grated, I use Tillamook Extra Sharp
- 1/3 C Pimento chopped
- 1/3 C Mayo Add as much as you want, I tend to use less
- 4 Slices Bread I toast the bread and choose brown, whole wheat
Instructions
- Chop the pimentos and grate the cheese.
- Mix the cheese, pimentos, and mayo. Then season salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices and then smear half on each sandwich.
